With the VR2100 program, all sales are final. As soon as you input your credit card information and click submit, your purchases are charged to your credit card. You cannot cancel a purchase or recieve a refund for a purchase.
The month-to-month subscription may be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will last for the remainder of the month you have paid for, but will be cancelled thereafter. For example, if you begin your subscription on August 3rd, and decide to cancel November 16th, your subscription will continue through December 2nd, and will not be renewed.
